These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NaijaGrantAI, an AI-powered grant matching and application support platform operated by Naija Funding Opportunities ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at naijagrantai.com.

By creating an account or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use NaijaGrantAI.

NaijaGrantAI is a product of Naija Funding Opportunities, a Nigerian-based information and technology service focused on helping Nigerian entrepreneurs, students and business owners identify and access legitimate funding opportunities.

To use NaijaGrantAI you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a Nigerian citizen or resident, or have a legitimate business interest in Nigerian funding opportunities
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and use
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

By using this platform you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

NaijaGrantAI provides the following services:

• Grant Matching: An AI-powered eligibility checker that assesses your profile against active grants in our database and generates match scores, reasoning and action plans.
• Application Assistant: An AI tool that helps you draft application answers based on your business profile and grant requirements.
• Grant Database: A curated, regularly updated list of grants, fellowships, competitions and funding programmes accessible to Nigerian businesses and individuals.
• Subscription Plans: Tiered paid plans that unlock additional features including unlimited checks, AI application drafting, insider grant tips and direct founder support.

When you create an account on NaijaGrantAI:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately at hello@naijagrantai.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent
• You may not create more than one account per person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

NaijaGrantAI offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited eligibility checks and basic grant browsing at no cost
• Basic: ₦2,500 per month or ₦20,000 per year
• Pro: ₦7,500 per month or ₦60,000 per year
• Premium: ₦15,000 per month or ₦120,000 per year

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your selected payment method at the applicable rate for your chosen plan.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle, monthly or annually depending on your selection.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@naijagrantai.com within 7 days of the charge.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

NaijaGrantAI uses artificial intelligence to generate grant match scores, eligibility assessments, action plans and application drafts. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided for guidance and informational purposes only
• Match scores and eligibility assessments are estimates based on the information you provide. They do not guarantee selection or approval by any grant organisation
• Application drafts generated by our AI are starting points. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and ensuring the accuracy of any content you submit to a grant organisation
• We make no representation or warranty that using our platform will result in a successful grant application
• Grant eligibility criteria, deadlines and requirements change frequently. Always verify information directly with the grant organisation before applying

NaijaGrantAI is a tool to support your application process, not a guarantee of outcome.

When using NaijaGrantAI you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your business
• Not misrepresent your eligibility, business stage, revenue, registration status or any other material fact
• Not use the platform to generate fraudulent grant applications
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy or replicate any part of the platform
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not submit false or misleading information to grant organisations using content generated by our platform

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if we determine you have violated any of the above.

All content, design, code, branding, text, graphics and features on NaijaGrantAI are the intellectual property of Naija Funding Opportunities unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of this platform without our prior written consent.

Your business information and application content remain your own. By submitting information to NaijaGrantAI you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that information solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that grant information on NaijaGrantAI is accurate, current and verified. However:

• Grant deadlines, eligibility criteria and award amounts are subject to change by the grant organisations at any time
• We do not control or manage any of the grants listed on our platform
• Inclusion of a grant on NaijaGrantAI does not constitute endorsement of that grant organisation
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any application submitted to a grant organisation
• Always verify all grant details directly with the official grant organisation before applying

NaijaGrantAI integrates with third-party services including Paystack for payment processing, Supabase for data storage and Google for authentication. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NaijaGrantAI and Naija Funding Opportunities shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Any loss of business, revenue, grants or opportunities resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any inaccuracy in AI-generated content, grant information or match scores
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of NaijaGrantAI shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NaijaGrantAI and Naija Funding Opportunities from any claims, damages, losses or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform or any content you submit to grant organisations using our service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NaijaGrantAI at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or deceptive use of the platform
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, limitation of liability and indemnification, shall survive.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of NaijaGrantAI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
